Dean Ardron practices labour law on behalf of trade unions and associations. He regularly represents employees and unions in both industrial and construction matters before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, human rights tribunals, and other administrative tribunals.

Dean also provides strategic counsel on collective bargaining, organizing, and lobbying efforts.

He joined the firm after articling with the firm's predecessor and the Canadian Autoworkers Union. Dean attended Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class.

Dean is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
