Gary Hopkinson
Gary is a partner with Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP. His practice encompasses all areas of advocacy on behalf of trade unions, police associations, other employee associations and individual workers, including rights and interest arbitrations; Police Service Act discipline hearings and other professional disciplinary hearings; civil litigation relating to workplace, trade union or association matters; judicial reviews and judicial inquiries; Ontario Labour Relations Board matters; human rights complaints; employment standards and occupational health and safety complaints; and workers' compensation appeals.
