Vaino Poysa
Vaino is an associate with Green & Chercover. He joins the firm after working as a legal editor, articling at another Toronto-based union-side labour law firm and serving as in-house counsel at a provincial construction trade union.
Vaino’s practice includes all aspects of labour relations. He has represented employees and unions in both construction and industrial matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, boards of arbitration, and other administrative tribunals. Vaino also provides strategic counsel on collective bargaining, organizing, and lobbying efforts.
Vaino graduated from the University of Toronto law school in 2003, having previously completed a history and political science specialist degree from the same institution. |
