Joshua Phillips and Antony Singleton are representing the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, an intervenor in an up-coming case at the Supreme Court of Canada, Attorney General of Ontario v. Michael J. Fraser et al. This is an important constitutional case dealing with agricultural workers' rights to bargain collectively.
Joshua Phillips to speak at Osgoode Professional Development
On November 30, 2009, Joshua Phillips will speak at Osgood Hall Law School’s Professional Development Series. Josh will participate in the School Law Program - “The Complete Guide to School Law for K-12 Education Professionals” as part of a panel discussion entitled “An Educator’s Guide to Employment Law and Teacher Misconduct.”
